For well over ten years, education and knowledge around the topic of gamification has been part of my daily work. Real on international stages, regularly on TV & radio and also purely digital with my own Youtube channel and podcasts.
As a keynote speaker, I already have a long journey behind me. I speak at large and small conferences as well as specialized events. Rather relaxed, enthusiastic and with a certain entertainment factor, I visualize the idea of gamification, make it tangible, ensure many ahas and thus manage that my audience leaves inspired and smarter.

Humans have been playing games ever since they existed. Games are not an idea of the games industry, but equal to an evolutionary tool that ensured our survival - until today. We need to move away from the idea that games are primarily for entertainment and towards the fact that they have been bringing us growth and individual development for millennia.
IN THE GAME, MAN CHASES HIS BETTER SELF.
Every single one of us constantly creates everyday situations that come close to the game. We count the countdown while waiting at a traffic light for the sake of suspense, or avoid stepping on grooves in the pavement for the sheer fun of it. We play. Constantly. Because our brain wants to, because it is designed to. Because we love it.
WHY ARE GAMES MORE EXCITING THAN COMPANIES?
When we are only ever asked to do the bare minimum in our day-to-day work, when we are bored with routines or lack appreciative feedback for our work, we look for substitute challenges - especially those that guarantee us success. Leisure activities and games offer us better alternatives than our work. Why this separation?
